Kendra Labs is a product and solutions company focused on building an "Agentic OS" for the enterprise. We deliver opinionated platform components, accelerators, and services that help organisations move from static systems of record to live, intelligent systems of work.
Our product stack includes agentic platforms, decision copilots, and GenBI experiences that sit on top of your existing data and systems. On top of this, we provide architecture, design, and implementation services to shape use cases, integrate with your estate, and get to production quickly.
We work with leadership teams, investors, and operators in complex, regulated environments such as financial services and insurance. The outcome is not just "experiments with AI", but live products: evaluated, governed, and embedded into day‑to‑day operations.

Design and implementation of evaluation pipelines (LLM‑as‑a‑judge and metric-based), continuous regression testing, and runtime guardrails tailored to regulated enterprises.

Our Story
Kendra Labs comprises systems engineers, distributed systems experts, and AI researchers dedicated to building the "Nervous System" for the enterprise.
We observed enterprises struggling with "Zombie Pilots" and "Shadow AI" risks. We built the platform we wished we had: a unified OS abstracting complexity while enforcing security boundaries.
